Terms & Conditions
This is the agreement between you and Nexus. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to any offer or agreement, to the exclusion of any terms and conditions used by the User, and may be updated and/or amended by Nexus from time to time. By using this service, you implicitly accept these Terms and Conditions and any applicable legal provisions (including but not limited to the Licensor's copyright notice, disclaimer, privacy policy, etc.). The following terms shall have the following meanings:
App Content
Means all material, information, tools, content, hyperlinks, marks, logos, games, and other digital content contained in or displayed on, and all content which may be downloaded and/or accessed from or made available through the Gamebox website at game-box.games.
Subscription Service
Represents the subscription fee to be paid in Kenyan Shillings (KES) according to the applicable subscription period and tariff. The service is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is technical unavailability or interruption depending on Safaricom's network access or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the service provider. The quality offered to the user is at least equivalent to the minimum set by the applicable technical specifications of the mobile network operator.
Gamebox is a subscription service that offers Users access to game content, including games and related digital content. Users can subscribe through the subscription flow defined and approved by Safaricom, with Africom acting as the service aggregator/partner, and access the content available through Gamebox. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to use the services. By subscribing to and/or otherwise using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Renewal of the Service
The Gamebox subscription will be automatically renewed according to the applicable subscription period, subject to sufficient balance being available on the user's Safaricom mobile account. Where the user has insufficient balance, renewal may be attempted again in accordance with the applicable Safaricom and Africom billing rules.
Territoriality
This service is only available within the territory of Kenya and through supported Safaricom mobile services. Access to the subscription service from outside the applicable territory may be restricted or unavailable.
Accessibility
This service can be accessed and used on your mobile device. The purpose of the service provided and operated by Nexus is to allow Users to access and use the digital content available through the Gamebox website at game-box.games. The user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their account and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under such account. As long as the User's subscription remains active and valid, the User may access the Gamebox service and use the available content in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Nexus shall take appropriate measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal information processed in connection with the service, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Kenya.
Termination
Any party to this Agreement may terminate this Agreement at any time. In no event will the termination of this Agreement relieve the User's obligation to pay any fees payable for the period prior to the effective date of termination. The user shall not sublicense, redistribute, resell, or otherwise provide unauthorised access to the licensed content to any other person. Any access to licensed material provided through Gamebox must comply with the Terms and Conditions stated in this Agreement. Users may cancel their Gamebox subscription at any time using the unsubscribe method provided for the service by Safaricom and Africom.
